So What is Normal? (SWIN)

Research project in progress, funded by CETLD, University of Brighton. Aim is to develop web-based educational resources for exploring creative relationships between disability and the built environment, beyond 'accessibility'.

JISC TechDis funded Accessible Exhibition Kit project

Pilot study of improving architectural and interior design students' understanding of how to communicate to diverse audiences through an exhibition. Uses basic 'kit' of 3 A1 panels and 3 A4 digital photoframes to enable students to explore multiple modes of delivery (audio, graphics, images, movies, words) and to grapple with accessibility issues (non-jargon, legibility, multi-sensual).
